The dreams of our great founders were materialized in the form of a society with the objective to engage in activities, which will result in the development and upliftment of the rural areas and facilities in Kolenchery. Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical Mission hospital was established in the year 1970. From the humble beginning of a 100 bedded hospital, today it has grown into a super speciality hospital with 1050 beds with a reputed Medical college, Nursing college, Nursing school, Para medical courses, Diploma programmes for doctors, Superspeciality departments in almost all branches, mordern investigative and therapeutic equipments and facilities and specialized social service departments.
